Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor thinks the team can still challenge the big Premier League clubs if they can break their run of draws this weekend.
Adebayor, 25, said: "When I was at Arsenal, we always had a spell when we'd draw four or five in a row. Big clubs always have difficult moments in a season.
"These are the sort of things that can happen and the secret is dealing with it well. How we deal with the hard times will be the test of whether we finish in the top four."
