Bordeaux star Yoann Gourcuff has expressed his happiness to have won the Coupe de la Ligue but thinks the club can achieve more this season.
"We can't really make the most of this victory," said Gourcuff.
"You have to think about the calendar. First we have to get back to Bordeaux, then we have to try to get tuned into this match on Wednesday.
"This victory in the Coupe de la Ligue final keeps us on this good run but we must not have an excess of confidence. There mustn't be too much euphoria.
"We have won a trophy but we have to move on to another competition that's now in front of us.
"The hard work starts now. The championship comes back into view - it's now a return to daily life."
Bordeaux travel to Rennes on Wednesday where a win could see them go top of Ligue 1.
